Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per the approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for project stakeholders.
• Ensure materials used at the site meet the required quality standards and coordinate with procurement for timely delivery.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control, and testing in line with project specifications.
• Resolve any unexpected technical issues or site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, and project managers on all engineering aspects.
• Maintain documentation and prepare as-built drawings.
