Job Description

Supervise daily construction activities on-site for high-rise building projects. Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution. Ensure all construction work complies with design, quality, and safety standards. Monitor and manage labor, materials, and equipment usage. Maintain daily work records, site logs, and prepare progress reports. Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and protocols on-site. Check and review drawings and specifications, identify any discrepancies, and report to the engineer. Conduct inspections to ensure structural and finishing work quality. Monitor site schedules and communicate delays or issues promptly Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
