Civil Site Supervisor

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly competent and disciplined Civil Site Supervisor with proven experience in residential and commercial real estate projects only. The role involves supervising and managing daily site operations, ensuring strict adherence to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The candidate must demonstrate hands-on expertise in construction supervision, material management, labor handling, and site coordination within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at residential and commercial project sites.
• Manage workforce allocation, subcontractor coordination, and ensure optimum resource utilization.
• Ensure construction work is carried out strictly as per approved drawings, specifications, and real estate quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks, inspections, and audits to maintain consistency in project execution.
• Enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental protocols on-site.
• Coordinate closely with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and project managers for smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate daily site reports, attendance records, progress updates, and material consumption logs.
• Monitor material availability, usage, and reconciliation to avoid delays and wastage.
• Report site progress, challenges, and deviations to higher management on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / ITI / Certification in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience exclusively in residential and commercial real estate construction projects.
• Strong understanding of real estate construction techniques, finishing works, RCC structures, and site execution methodologies.
• Proficiency in handling labor management, subcontractor coordination, and material supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret basic architectural and structural drawings.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on timely delivery of real estate projects.
