Construction Site In charge

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Manage site operations, including workforce, subcontractors, and material resources.

Monitor and enforce quality, safety, and environmental standards on-site.

Coordinate with senior management, engineers, and stakeholders for project updates and issue resolution.

Analyze project progress, address challenges promptly, and ensure smooth execution.

Work with a professional and experienced team.

Be part of challenging and rewarding construction projects.

Contribute to delivering excellence in construction quality.

Qualifications

• B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Post-Graduation in Quantity Surveying & Estimation.
• 10+ years of experience in high rise construction projects.

Essential Skills -

• Expertise in MS Excel
• AutoCAD
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lead team of Billing Engineers from various project sites.
