Job Description

As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day on-site operations. You will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth progress of the construction project. Conducting regular safety checks and risk assessments will be part of your key responsibilities to maintain a safe working environment. In case of any safety incidents or concerns, your duty will be to report and document them promptly. Your role will also involve facilitating communication between various teams such as electricians, plumbers, etc. to ensure effective collaboration. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all construction work is carried out with high quality standards and meets the project specifications. Site inspections will be conducted by you to identify and rectify any deviations or defects that may arise during the construction process. Additionally, you will manage on-site materials and equipment, ensuring their availability when needed to support the project timeline and progress. **Qualification Required:** - Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry - Strong communication and organizational skills - Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures The company provides a benefit of cell phone reimbursement for this full-time position.
