Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Overseeing all aspects of the construction site, including quality, and productivity
Managing construction workers, subcontractors, and labourers, assigning tasks, and ensuring that they follow safety procedures and guidelines
Collaborating with project managers to develop construction plans and schedules, and making sure that work is progressing according to these plans
Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints to ensure that the work aligns with the design specifications and including layout demarcation and taking levels.
Managing the allocation of resources such as labour, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and efficiency
Enforcing quality control measures to ensure that the work meets the required standards and specifications.
Supervise and manage construction team at site.
Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
Maintain accurate records of project activities and documents
