Civil Engineer - Construction Site with 3 years experience in buildings

Job Summary:

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the execution of civil engineering aspects of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

* Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) Preparation:

* Prepare accurate and detailed Bar Bending Schedules based on structural drawings and specifications.

* Ensure timely submission and approval of BBS.

* Monitor the implementation of BBS on-site, ensuring correct placement and usage of reinforcement steel.

* Project Reporting and Documentation:

* Prepare and submit daily project reports, including progress updates, material usage, manpower allocation, and any site issues.

* Target Achievement and Project Management:

* Monitor project progress against established targets and timelines.

* Implement strategies to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

* Proactively identify and address potential delays or issues.

* Manpower Management and Productivity:

* Monitor and evaluate manpower productivity, identifying areas for improvement.

* Allocate tasks and responsibilities to manpower based on their skills and experience.

* Ensure efficient utilization of manpower resources.

* Daily Task Allocation and Supervision:

* Provide clear and concise daily targets and instructions to the manpower.

* Ensure quality control of work performed.

* Safety and Compliance:

* Enforce all safety regulations and procedures on site.

* Other Duties:

* Perform any other duties as assigned by the project in-charge or senior management.

* Communicate effectively with all members of the construction team.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

* Proven experience in construction site.

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal.

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
