Civil Project Engineer

As a Civil Engineer at the company, you will play a crucial role in various construction projects by utilizing your expertise in civil engineering. Your responsibilities will include: - **Project Planning & Design Review**: - Assist in the planning, design, and development of civil engineering aspects for construction projects. - Review architectural and structural plans to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards. - **Construction Oversight**: - Manage day-to-day construction activities to ensure timely completion. - Oversee site preparation, foundation work, structural framing, and all civil engineering aspects. - **Quality Control & Compliance**: - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. - Coordinate with quality control teams to maintain project quality standards. - **Contractor & Vendor Management**: - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution. - Resolve on-site issues effectively through collaboration with stakeholders. - **Project Documentation & Reporting**: - Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, change orders, and inspection logs. - Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders. - **Health & Safety Management**: - Ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site for a secure working environment. - Conduct safety audits and mitigate risks to maintain a safe construction environment. - **Cost & Budget Control**: - Assist in developing and managing project budgets, tracking costs, and optimizing resource utilization. - Minimize waste and ensure cost-efficiency on the construction site.
