Civil Multiple Roles (Project Manager/Coordinator/Engineer)

Job Description: As a Project Manager in Civil engineering with 10-12 years of experience in civil engineering and industrial construction projects, your role will involve leading and overseeing all phases of civil works in the project to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless execution. Your duties will include reviewing and approving project schedules, drawings, BOQs, and technical documents to ensure compliance with industry standards, contract requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Your skills should encompass project leadership, contract & cost management, QA/QC, structural design review, resource planning, and a strong knowledge of industrial building codes. Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of experience in civil engineering and industrial construction projects. - Strong project leadership and contract management skills. - Proficiency in QA/QC, structural design review, and resource planning. - In-depth knowledge of industrial building codes. --- As a Project Coordinator in Civil engineering with 6-8 years of experience in site coordination and execution of civil/industrial projects, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate daily site activities between contractors, vendors, and the project team. You will monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance while proactively escalating any issues that arise. It will be your duty to maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules, supporting the Project Manager in planning, execution, and client interactions. Your skills should include site supervision, scheduling, QA/QC documentation, vendor coordination, an understanding of IS codes/standards, and proficiency in MS Office & project management tools. Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience in site coordination and execution of civil/industrial projects. - Excellent site supervision and scheduling skills. - Proficient in QA/QC documentation and vendor coordination. - Understanding of IS codes/standards and MS Office & project management tools. --- As a Project Engineer in Civil engineering with 4+ years of experience in civil execution and inspection roles for industrial or infrastructure projects, your responsibilities will involve executing civil works at the site as per approved drawings, standards, and specifications. You will conduct inspections for concreting, reinforcement, formwork, and finishing works, as well as assist in material reconciliation, quality control, and daily reporting. It will be crucial to ensure adherence to safety protocols and support smooth project delivery. Your skills should encompass AutoCAD basics, site execution, quality checks, measurement & billing, knowledge of concrete technology, and safety awareness. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in civil execution and inspection roles for industrial or infrastructure projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD basics, site execution, and quality checks. - Knowledge of measurement & billing and concrete technology. - Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.,
