Civil Intern

As a Civil Intern at our company, you will be responsible for various tasks related to project management and site execution. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Project Planning & Milestone Reporting: - Prepare detailed project milestone reports for newly assigned projects based on the scope provided by the Manager. - Include schedules for procurement planning and labour allocation in the milestone plan. - Obtain approvals from the Senior Engineer and Project Manager before finalizing and circulating the milestone report. - Material & Quantity Management: - Prepare the Order of Items Report covering the complete Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each project. - Share the order of items list with the Senior Engineer and Project Manager for review at least one week in advance. - Initiate procurement follow-ups only after approvals from both the Senior Engineer and Project Manager are received. - Ensure procurement follow-ups are initiated a minimum of three days in advance of the required date. - Daily Progress Tracking: - Execute daily tasks as per the approved milestone sheet and update daily progress reports. - Revise milestone sheets if tasks remain incomplete, updating revised timelines and informing the Senior Engineer of any changes. - Site Documentation & Photo Updates: - Upload two daily photos to the project repository - before starting and after completing work. - Ensure all uploaded work is reviewed and acknowledged by Senior Engineers. - Workforce Monitoring & Training: - Conduct workmen training sessions on assigned tasks to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards. - Monitor workforce activities to confirm tasks are executed as per instructions and quality expectations. Additionally, this is an internship position with a contract length of 3 months. The work location is in person.,
