o Assists with various tasks on-site, including site supervision, quality control, and project documentation. They also learn to interpret drawings, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with different teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
o Monitoring construction progress, ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications, and conducting regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues. o Assisting in material testing, inspecting workmanship, and ensuring that all construction activities meet quality standards. o Preparing and maintaining accurate records of site activities, compiling reports, and documenting progress for senior engineers and stakeholders. o Providing support to senior engineers on various tasks, including design development, quantity surveying, and material procurement. o Ensuring that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines. o Working closely with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any on-site challenges. o Identifying and addressing technical issues, developing solutions, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the project. o Exposure to multiple functions by virtue of job rotations. o Should be due diligence in learning new aspects.
