Civil Foreman

As a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction site operations. Your role will involve supervising day-to-day activities, managing labor and subcontractors, interpreting civil drawings and specifications, monitoring material usage and work quality, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Manage labor effectively - Interpret civil drawings and specifications - Monitor material usage and work quality - Ensure safety compliance - Coordinate with various stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in civil construction projects - Strong leadership skills - Ability to read blueprints - Experience in maintaining daily progress reports - Excellent team management and communication skills - Familiarity with site safety protocols This full-time position requires you to be physically fit and work on-site full-time during day shifts.
