Civil Foreman

As a Civil Foreman in Pune, you will be responsible for planning and executing various civil construction activities. Your key responsibilities include: - Providing resource planning to the site engineer for shuttering material and manpower during the planning phase. - Studying the drawings to verify the feasibility of de-shuttering and checking steel reinforcement as per the drawing specifications. - Supervising ongoing shuttering and steel work on a day-to-day basis during the execution phase. - Monitoring and controlling the wastage of shuttering materials and coordinating with agencies to ensure the speed and quality of work. - Checking the alignment, level, and dimensions as per the drawings for columns, beams, and slabs specifically for shuttering. - Maintaining material cleanliness and aesthetics, controlling wastage, and ensuring work completion as per the design for shuttering. - Verifying compliance with drawing specifications for steel reinforcement and providing stock details to the senior engineer and stores. - Checking the steel reinforcement details like bar diagrams, spacing, cover, and lap length. Qualifications required for this role include educational qualifications of SSC/HSC/Graduate and 1 to 15 years of work experience. This is a full-time permanent position with working days from Monday to Saturday.
