Civil Foreman

As a Civil Foreman at our reputed company in Muscat, Oman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various civil works projects. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating tasks to ensure compliance with safe work practices, risk assessments, and work method statements. You will be expected to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure the successful completion of projects. Monitoring work progress, conducting site inspections, and interpreting project plans will be integral parts of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising the quality and productivity of completed works. To excel in this role, you must have a solid background in civil works, including structural concrete works, roads, earthworks, and drainage. Your experience should include managing both direct and subcontract labor teams safely. A hands-on approach, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills, will be essential. You should be adept at taking and following instructions while demonstrating the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position is full-time and contractual/temporary, with a contract length of 36 months.
