Job Summary:

Nexora Academy is looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Faculty to train students in key areas of Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC), Quantity Surveying (QS), Construction and Non-Destructive Testing (CNDT), and industry-standard software tools. The ideal candidate must have both academic and practical exposure to guide students in becoming job-ready professionals in the civil and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and software-based training in:
• QA/QC (Testing of materials, standards, inspection protocols, lab procedures)
• Quantity Surveying (BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, rate analysis)
• CNDT (Introduction to Non-Destructive Testing tools & practices)
• Software Tools like AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, Primavera, MS Project, and Estimation software
• Prepare course plans, session schedules, lab manuals, and digital content.
• Train students on project execution methodologies and site documentation practices.
• Assess students through internal exams, practicals, and project reviews.
• Support placement readiness by integrating field applications into training.
• Guide and mentor students in real-time industrial practices.
• Collaborate with academic and placement teams for student development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
