Job Description

AutoCAD / Civil 3D / Revit – Drafting and designing site plans and structures. STAAD Pro / ETABS / SAP2000 – Structural analysis and design. MS Project / Primavera P6 – Project scheduling and management. Quantity Estimation & Costing – BOQs, rate analysis, and budgeting. Surveying – Use of Total Station, Theodolite, GPS, and leveling instruments. Construction Methods & Materials – Knowledge of concrete, steel, and soil behavior. Building Information Modeling (BIM) – Understanding 3D modeling and coordination. Site Execution – Reading drawings, supervising construction work, ensuring quality. Geotechnical Analysis – Soil testing, foundation design, retaining structures. Transportation Engineering – Road and highway design, traffic studies.
