Selected Interns’ Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Accompanying the civil engineer during on-site inspections of residential units. Assisting in assessing architectural and interior finishing work such as flooring, painting, tiling, carpentry, electrical fittings, plumbing, and fixtures under supervision. Observing and identifying workmanship issues or deviations from construction drawings and quality standards. Documenting inspection findings by taking photographs and maintaining organized notes. Participating in team discussions to understand feedback processes and improvements. Following construction site protocols and safety guidelines. Developing technical skills by learning to interpret construction drawings, checklists, and quality benchmarks relevant to residential projects.
