Job Description

As the On-Site Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations on site. This includes coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth functioning of the project. You will conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments, and report any incidents or concerns promptly. Your role will involve facilitating communication between different teams such as electricians and plumbers to maintain seamless workflow. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day on-site operations - Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers - Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments - Report and document any safety incidents or concerns - Facilitate communication between various teams - Ensure high quality construction work that meets project specifications - Conduct site inspections to identify and rectify deviations or defects - Manage on-site materials and equipment availability Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in on-site operations management - Strong communication and coordination skills - Knowledge of safety protocols and risk assessment - Attention to detail and ability to identify deviations - Ability to manage materials and equipment efficiently This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated location.
