Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise and execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Ensure that all civil works (foundation, structure, concrete, formwork, and finishing) are carried out with quality and safety compliance.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of site activities.
Prepare daily progress reports, material consumption records, and site measurement sheets.
Verify and certify subcontractor bills and site work quantities.
Ensure proper implementation of design changes and handle on-site technical issues.
Maintain coordination with QA/QC and safety teams to ensure adherence to standards.
Inspect and ensure that materials used at site comply with project and client requirements.
Monitor manpower, machinery, and material utilization for effective progress.
Support project documentation and assist in client/site inspections.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
36 years of experience in site execution of industrial, substation, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and concrete works.
Familiar with relevant IS codes, construction standards, and safety practices.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project reporting tools.
Excellent site supervision, coordination, and communication skills.

Willing to work at remote project locations and handle site teams independently
