Job Description

Experience: 2 to 7 years

Qualification: B. Tech /M. Tech Civil

CTC: As per industry standards.

Duties:

Attends and assists in client/contractor/stakeholder meetings to gain a better understanding of client's goals.
Responsible for day to day site work.
Follow up with site engineers of Contractor and/ or subcontractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings, specifications meeting planned dates in schedule.
Daily reporting about progress, non- compliance, delay in work t o t he reporting authority.
Conducting regular job site inspections.
Liaising and follow up with all Contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, planners,surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Planning the work and efficiently organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Follow & implement instructions given by senior management.
