Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Project management and execution

Coordinate the execution of pharmaceutical Plant / Project, including all civil and MEP works.
Act as a link between design teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
Prepare budgets and cost estimates.

Technical and quality oversight

Ensure all civil and structural work adheres to strict pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations.
Oversee the design and construction of facilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local rules.
Monitor civil and MEP system performance and assist with any problems that arise.
Coordinate with quality control and assurance teams to ensure quality standards are met.

Site and stakeholder management

Manage and supervise on-site construction teams to ensure work is performed according to design specifications and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with health and safety measures on the construction site.
Assist in surveying operations to establish reference points, grades, and elevations.

Address and troubleshoot issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
