Civil Engineer – Residential Projects

• Plan, execute, and supervise civil construction works for villas/bungalows as per design and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor site progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Prepare and review BOQs, work schedules, and material requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to safety norms and building regulations.
• Manage labor, subcontractors, and site teams effectively.
• Verify and approve contractor bills and site reports.
• Maintain site documentation, drawings, and daily progress records.
• Ensure timely completion of work within allocated budgets and deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s is an advantage).
• 4+ years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
