Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications for dam and pump house structures
Maintain and update BOQs (Bill of Quantities) as per design revisions
Conduct site measurements and reconcile with contractor submissions
Verify subcontractor and vendor quantities for civil works, MEP, and hydro-mechanical components

Billing & Cost Management

Prepare and process interim and final bills for contractors and vendors
Ensure billing is aligned with contract terms, work progress, and quality standards
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for work certification
Maintain billing logs, payment schedules, and cost tracking sheets

Estimation & Budgeting

Assist in preparing project cost estimates during tendering and execution phases
Analyze rate analysis for civil, structural, and electromechanical works
Support budgeting and forecasting for dam and pump house components

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain records of drawings, approvals, work orders, and billing documents
Ensure compliance with government norms, safety standards, and environmental regulations
Liaise with consultants, clients, and government authorities for approvals and audits
