• Monitor and enforce quality standards as per drawings & IS codes
• Conduct site inspections and material testing (RCC, masonry, finishing)
• Identify defects, raise NCRs, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain QC documentation and support audits
• Research new materials and construction methods for quality & cost optimization
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years’ experience in QC within real estate/construction
• Strong knowledge of material testing and quality systems
