Job Description

Job Role : Civil Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Role & responsibilities

Oversee and maintain civil structures, buildings, roads, drains, and utility areas within the plant.
Manage the design, erection, and maintenance of steel structures such as industrial sheds, canopies, mezzanine floors, and supporting structures for machinery installations.
Monitor structural health, including equipment foundations, load-bearing platforms, and structural modifications as per machinery layout changes to ensure safety and carry out preventive maintenance of civil assets.
Lead civil execution for new projects, expansions, and modifications in the unit.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for timely and quality completion.
Prepare BOQs, evaluate tenders, and monitor budgets and timelines.

Maintain proper records for all civil activities, drawings, and approvals

Strong knowledge of industrial civil construction and maintenance.
Project management and budgeting skills.
Vendor and contract management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering design tools.
Understanding of statutory and environmental compliance in manufacturing.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
