Job Description

Job Summary:

Civil Engineer Interior Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and manage interior fit-out works including partitioning, ceiling, flooring, civil modifications, and finishes.
Interpret architectural and interior design drawings and implement civil works accordingly.
Monitor project progress, site activities, and ensure work is completed within timelines and budget.
Coordinate with MEP, design, procurement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, resource planning, and material tracking.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
Manage BOQs, estimates, and verify contractor bills.
Liaise with clients and consultants for approvals and execution updates.

Requirements:

B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of experience specifically in interior fit-out or
high-end commercial interior projects.
Sound knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
Proficient in reading civil and interior design drawings.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects/sites independently.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of modern interior design trends and materials.
Experience working on
corporate offices
, retail, hospitality.
Problem-solving approach with a focus on quality and efficiency.
