1) To supervise all the civil and maintenance work at the udaipur properties and maintain quality of construction as per the design and drawing supplied by consultants or prepared by our documentation cell.
1) To make estimates of proposed construction work for approval.
2) To get quotation for approved work from contracting parties.
3) To supervise the construction projects at site.
4) To Check the measurements at site and verify the bills of contractors.
5) To have co ordination with contractors and consultants.
6) To adhere the project schedule and get the work completed within time limit.
7) Any other other work assigned by the management from time to time.
Accountable to all the above assigned jobs.
