Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

* Monitor project progress and update timelines as necessary

* Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks

* Manage billing processes OF CONTRACTORS

* Generate status reports and present updates to management

* Identify and resolve any project-related issues promptly

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

* Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role

* Strong understanding of project management and scheduling principles

* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

* Proficiency in project management software/excel

* Attention to detail and accuracy

Engineer Required-01

Responsibilities

Quality Planning: Develop Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and checklists.

Inspection & Testing: Oversee and perform checks on materials (cement, steel, aggregates) and workmanship (brickwork, plastering, concrete pours).

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records, prepare reports for non-conformances (NCRs), and manage Work Inspection Requests (WIRs).

Compliance & Standards: Ensure all work adheres to project specifications, codes, and industry standards (ASTM, IS).

Issue Resolution: Investigate quality issues, propose corrective & preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure closure.

Coordination: Liaise with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.

Training: Provide quality awareness training to project personnel.

Key Activities

Reviewing technical documents (RFIs, Submittals).

Monitoring site activities like curing, sampling, and strength tests.

Verifying subcontractor quality systems.

Managing calibration of testing equipment.
