Civil Engineer

As a Construction/Interior Site Supervisor with 5 years of experience, your role will involve supervising daily activities at the project site, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising daily activities at the construction/interior project site - Coordinating with project managers, engineers, designers, and clients - Ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications - Monitoring and managing site labor, subcontractors, and vendors - Maintaining daily work progress reports and site documentation - Ensuring timely availability of materials and equipment at the site - Enforcing safety measures and quality standards at all times - Resolving site-level issues and minor technical problems quickly - Conducting regular inspections to ensure site cleanliness and discipline - Tracking project timelines and ensuring work is completed as per schedule Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans - Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills - Knowledge of construction safety norms and quality procedures - Willingness to travel to multiple project sites if required - Experience in interior fit-out projects is an added advantage - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design tools is preferred This role offers a competitive salary, travel allowance if applicable, and the opportunity to grow within a creative and dynamic team.
