Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings for residential projects. Develop floor plans, elevations, and working drawings as per client requirements. Assist in residential planning, space utilization, and design layouts. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients for design finalization. Ensure drawings comply with local building bylaws and standards. Maintain project documentation and drawing records. Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is a plus. Good understanding of residential planning & structural concepts.
