Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the [Managing Director/Executive/Individual]. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management. Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and communication on behalf of the executive. Arrange travel itineraries, visas, accommodation, and transportation. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Maintain organized filing systems and records (digital & physical). Assist with personal errands, reservations, and household coordination when needed. Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive. Ensure follow-up on important tasks, deadlines, and commitments. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Perform other administrative and personal support duties as assigned. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital tools. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory). Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Familiarity with office management systems and procedures. Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and flexible approach. Work Environment: Full-time role with flexibility to work beyond standard hours if required. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering projects, including design, construction, and project management. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Project Design & Planning: Lead and contribute to the design of civil engineering projects buildings. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and calculations. Site Supervision & Management: Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, budget, and timeline. Conduct site inspections and manage contractors and subcontractors. Project Coordination: Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Manage multiple aspects of the project, from initial planning through to completion. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all designs, plans, and construction activities comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare cost estimates, monitor project budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety. Risk Management & Quality Control: Identify and mitigate risks during design and construction phases. Implement quality control measures to ensure the project meets the required standards. Technical Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports, technical documents, and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and senior management. Sustainability & Innovation: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and sustainable practices in civil engineering. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Licensure: Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred but not required. Technical Skills: Proficient in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar.
