Key Responsibilities Municipal & Government Coordination • Liaise with municipal corporations (PCMC, PMC) and other authorities for project approvals, permissions, and NOCs. • Submit civil and architectural drawings for planning approvals and statutory compliance. • Ensure all government documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Site Supervision & Reporting • Conduct periodic site inspections to monitor construction quality and progress. • Prepare progress and compliance reports for internal teams and authorities. Coordination & Communication • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and regulatory issues. Skills & Competencies • Strong understanding of civil engineering, construction practices, and municipal approval processes. • Knowledge of government regulations, statutory compliance, and building codes. • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation tools. • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with authorities and stakeholders. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple assignments independently.
