Key Responsibilities Follow-ups & Coordination Track and follow up with RCC designers, MEP consultants, faade consultants, liaison architects, landscape consultants, 3D consultants, model makers, estimation & purchase teams, marketing consultants, developers, and their site engineering teams. Ensure timelines are respected and escalate delays. Act as the Directors voice in communications with teams. Documentation & Process Support Maintain structured records of drawings, submissions, and approvals. Create trackers, meeting notes, and ensure timely closure of action items. Support document flow between consultants, developers, and in-house teams. Executive & Personal Assistance Manage Directors office coordination, emails, calls, and scheduling. Assist with presentations, research, and reporting. Handle select personal tasks to free up leadership time. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 35 years as Executive Assistant / Coordinator / Office Support. Qualification: Graduate (any stream). Secretarial training preferred. Skills: Excellent follow-up skills (non-negotiable). Strong communication (English, Hindi/Marathi). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and video conferencing tools. Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask under deadlines. Ability to get work done from senior professionals with tact. Personality: Honest, reliable, problem-solver, adaptable, with high integrity.

Obtain approvals for drawings, planning, and related submissions. Manage running bills and documentation for bill clearance. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance. Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) and maintain project records. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth workflow. Support architectural drawing preparation and planning as required. Skills & Requirements Strong knowledge of tendering processes and municipal corporation approval systems. Excellent communication & follow-up skills with government authorities. Ability to manage documentation and billing processes. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
