CIVIL ENGINEER – 3D DESIGN & SITE EXECUTION

Job Description:

We are seeking a Civil Engineer – 3D Design & Site Execution to join our healthcare projects team. The ideal candidate will manage both 3D design and on-site supervision, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards. The role involves travel to multiple sites within the city and outstation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities at healthcare project sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare accurate 3D models and technical drawings using RABBIT 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
• Collaborate with design and execution teams for planning and approvals.
• Ensure material and finish quality meets healthcare standards.
• Travel to multiple project sites as required, within the city and outstation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in RABBIT 3D; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max is a plus.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites..

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
