Position: Civil Draughtsman

Location: Kolkata (within Kolkata Municipal Corporation areas)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sunday Off)

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of detailed working drawings and submission drawings for building projects within KMC jurisdiction.

• Drafting architectural and structural layouts as per specifications and applicable building by-laws.
• Preparing plans, sections, elevations, and other construction details using AutoCAD.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accuracy of drawings.
• Updating and modifying drawings as per project requirements and site conditions.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Draftsmanship (or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in preparing working drawings for building projects, preferably within the Kolkata Municipal Corporation area.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of KMC building rules and by-laws will be an added advantage.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
