Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Civil Designer to join our team at Hatch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil design and engineering, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
Analyze data and prepare reports on project performance and recommendations.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil design and engineering.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CAD software and other relevant tools.
