• Billing for extra-items/Non-BOQ items /Deviations • Preparing and verifying bills (RA Bills, Subcontractor Bills, Client Bills) • Quantity take-off and reconciliation from site execution • Abstract preparation, MB Preparation, Reconciliation of quantity, Keeping track of unbuild/ hold quantity • Preparing daily/weekly/monthly progress reports (DPRs) • Coordinating with project managers, clients, and vendors • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software • Project monitoring physical and financial progress for all projects daily. • Cost comparison (Planned VS Actual cost) statements of all projects. • Rate analysis of major BOQ items. • Minimum experience of 4 years
