Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales Leadership:

  • Own and deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets for the city.
  • Develop and execute sales plans aligned with Vyapars business goals.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales executives.
  • Drive team productivity through regular reviews, motivation, and performance tracking.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and onboard new customers
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure on-ground execution of marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Monitor sales metrics and suggest improvements.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the point of contact for escalations and resolve issues promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B or SaaS field sales.
  • At least 2 years in a team leadership role, preferably in fintech, SaaS, FMCG, or telecom.
  • Strong people management and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven approach to sales management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
