Job Overview

City Head Noida

Experience:

10+ years of experience in sales, 5+ years in digital marketing and branding agency, with 5+ years in a team leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management

  • Build, lead, and manage the city sales team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide mentorship and regular feedback.
  • Foster a high-performance and collaborative work culture across departments.


  • 2. Business Development & Strategy

    • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to scale digital marketing and branding service offerings.
    • Identify new business opportunities, tap into unexplored markets, and stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Collaborate with marketing, design, and tech teams to drive client acquisition initiatives.


  • 3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

    • Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
    • Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their goals and offer tailored digital marketing solutions including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Branding, and Content Marketing.
    • Serve as the face of GTF Technologies for the Noida market.


  • 4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

    • Analyze sales metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews.
    • Forecast revenues and identify areas of improvement using data-driven insights.
    • Ensure alignment of local sales goals with overall company objectives.


  • 5. Cross-Functional Coordination

    • Coordinate with operations, product, and customer experience teams for seamless onboarding and project delivery.
    • Work closely with the central marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Education:

      MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
    • Industry Expertise:

      Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, branding, and content strategy
    • Technical Skills:

      Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools

      Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
    • Sales Acumen:

      Deep knowledge of B2B sales cycles, pitch strategy, and client conversion
    • Charismatic & Smart Communicator:
