As a Citrix Specialist at Wipro Limited, your role will involve administering, troubleshooting, and optimizing the Citrix environment to address intricate technical challenges. You will play a crucial part in ensuring effective communication, swift resolution during crises, and maintaining the overall health and performance of the Citrix infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: - Administer, Troubleshoot, and Optimize: Oversee the Citrix infrastructure to ensure efficient operation and address complex technical issues that require advanced expertise. - Crisis Management: Proactively communicate with business and stakeholders, resolve issues during crises to minimize downtime and impact on users. - BAU/Operation Management: Manage ticketing and request queue to adhere to service level agreements and focus on providing a premium customer experience. - Taskforce Engagement: Collaborate with other IT teams to take corrective actions on highlighted issues and drive towards stability with customer feedback. - Adherence to Standards: Ensure all operations comply with quality and security standards to protect the environment and data. - Top Call Driver Analysis: Perform trend analysis to identify recurring issues and implement solutions to reduce incidents. - Continuous Improvement: Drive service improvement programs to enhance the performance and reliability of the Citrix environment. - Application/Patch Deployments and Image Releases: Coordinate with stakeholders to meet security and release timeline requirements. - Compliance: Ensure Citrix sites and applications comply with industry regulations and internal company policies. - Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Citrix environment. - Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor usage, generate compliance reports for deployments, daily site health, and security incidents. - Housekeeping: Conduct clean-ups and review current Citrix Studio, WEM, and AD GPO policies for consistency and security considerations. - Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and teams on security, best practices, and performance optimization.
