CITRIX ARCHITECT - JD Position : Citrix Architect Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore Opportunity: Full Time Exp : 13 - 16 yrs No.of Positions: 1 No.of Interviews: 2 Internal + 1 Client Mandatory Skills : Citrix Administration Troubleshooting Netscaler ITIL XenApp / XenDesktop Stakeholder Management Problem / Change Management Responsibilities : Design and Architecture : Lead the design of Citrix solutions (XenApp, XenDesktop, Netscaler) to meet business and technical needs. Technical Documentation : Develop and document detailed designs, including high-availability, disaster recovery, and scalability strategies. Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements. Citrix Administration : Over 8 years of experience in Citrix administration, including troubleshooting and optimization. Leadership : Provide technical leadership and expert guidance on enterprise-wide Citrix infrastructure. SLA Compliance : Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLA). Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops : Strong troubleshooting and implementation experience with XenApp, XenDesktop, and XenServer. Citrix ADC & Related Tools : Exposure to Citrix ADC, Gateway, SD-WAN, Web App Firewall, and Application Delivery Management. Infrastructure Optimization : Proven skills in optimizing Citrix infrastructure for performance and efficiency. Provisioning and Machine Creation Services : Expertise in Citrix Provisioning and MCS (Machine Creation Services). Upgrades & Patch Management : Experience with Citrix upgrades and patch management. ITIL Alignment : Evolve and implement best practices aligned with ITIL frameworks. Vendor Management : Experience in managing vendor relationships. Incident/Problem Management : Expertise in managing incidents and problems, performing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and remediation. Trend Identification : Establish processes to identify incident/problem trends and implement measures to prevent them. Documentation & SOPs : Create and maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
