Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage Citrix version migration in on-premises environments.
• Oversee Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp configurations and troubleshooting.
• Conduct NetScaler firmware upgrades, certificate renewals, and troubleshooting.
• Set up and troubleshoot Appsense environment configurations, with knowledge of Appsense infra server migration as an added advantage.
• Utilize PowerShell scripting and reporting tools for Citrix technologies.
• Administer Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2016, 2019).
• Demonstrate significant knowledge in server virtualization, including VMware ESXi, vCenter, SQL Database, SAN storage, and networking.
• Manage application and patch deployment via SCCM and ensure compliance.
• Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders across the globe.
• Understand VDI administration within Azure.
• Be available for 24x7 support and be familiar with ITIL and Agile processes.
• Manage core infrastructure evergreening and migrations.
• Monitor infrastructure using tools like SCOM and SPLUNK.

Experience Required:

• 5 - 8 years of experience managing Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp in large enterprise environments.
• Proficient in NetScaler administration and firmware updates.
• Experience in PowerShell automation, SCCM patching, and Windows Server management.
• Familiarity with Azure VDI, ITIL frameworks, and 24x7 global support environments.
