Job Description

Job Skills:

Education & Experience

– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

– Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in QA Test and Automation, with a strong focus on enterprise environments or networks.

Job Technologies:

– Expert-level knowledge of L2 L3 Protocols.

– Strong understanding of TCP/IP and routing protocols.

– Experience Working on Switches and Routers.

– Understanding on various components of Network (AAA, DHCP, DNS)

– Advanced Network Security concepts (VPNs, firewalls, Network Access Control).

– Demonstrated expertise in Wireless technologies, including Wireless Controllers and Access Points.

– Proficiency in Network Automation tools and Python scripting.

– Experience in Test Planning, Test Strategy, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Good to Have

– Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

– Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP).

– Understanding of HIPAA and other relevant healthcare security and privacy regulations.

– Understanding of Cisco Catalyst Center or Cisco DNA Center.

Responsibilities:

1. Network Design, Implementation, and Operations

– Design, configure, and maintain robust network solutions using Cisco Catalyst Switches, Routers, Wireless Devices, and associated switching/routing protocols.

– Manage and optimize the enterprise-wide wireless network infrastructure to ensure pervasive and reliable connectivity.

– Serve as the subject matter expert for all network hardware and software within the test environment.

2. Automation and Validation

– Validate Enterprise scenarios Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Cases.

– Develop and implement network automation scripts and tools (e.g., using Python) to standardize configurations, improve deployment speed, and reduce human error.

– Establish rigorous network validation and testing protocols to ensure system stability and performance before and after changes.

3. Project Management and Collaboration

– Coordinate and execute network infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new site deployments.

– Effectively communicate project status, risks, and timelines to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

– Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to understand operational needs and translate them into scalable network solutions.
