Circuit Design

As an experienced CMOS VLSI Circuit Layout Engineer, you will be responsible for creating high-density, high-performance CMOS layouts using your in-depth knowledge of full custom (transistor level) techniques. You should also have a solid understanding of tiled layout and proficiency in CAD tools such as design rule checking, layout vs. schematic comparison (LVS), and IC layout. Additionally, you will be expected to utilize tools like Cadence, Mentor digital/analog design suite, Avant! H SPICE, Mentor ELDO simulator, NASDA HSIM, Mentor Calibre, and Cadence Dracula for simulation and verification purposes. Your expertise in developing behavioral models for design sub-blocks and digital circuits will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing full custom CMOS VLSI circuit layout techniques - Creating high-density and high-performance CMOS layouts - Utilizing CAD tools for IC layout, design rule checking, and LVS - Working with simulation tools such as Avant!
