As a full-time UX Researcher with 2-3 years of experience leading end-to-end user research in startup, tech, or research agency settings, you will be responsible for planning, conducting, and delivering both generative and evaluative research to inform product and design decisions. Your key responsibilities will include leading mid-to-high complexity research projects, from brief and hypothesis to execution, analysis, and reporting. You will conduct generative research such as user needs, early-stage concepts, rapid testing, and evaluative studies like usability testing and UX assessments. Furthermore, you will synthesize findings into actionable insights using frameworks like user journeys and behavioral models, and integrate quantitative data with qualitative insights to build a complete user picture. Collaboration with product and design teams to shape research goals and influence UX strategy will be crucial. You will also be responsible for presenting findings through compelling reports and presentations, tracking the impact over time, and contributing to improving research processes, methods, and culture. The ideal candidate for this role is a problem-solver with strong documentation and presentation skills. You should be skilled in a range of qualitative and UX research methods, which should be reflected in your portfolio.
