Job Description

Will be responsible for regularly driving the processes. Will be responsible for Induction and Functional Training for all the employees joining in the circle. Will maintain Training Records of all the employees working in the circle. Responsible for developing the Speed & Guest Service Culture in the Circle. Will be responsible for Guest Feedback process implementation. Will be instrumental in implementing the standards set by the organisation. Responsibility to conduct training sessions via LMS On the job trainings at restaurants Virtual interaction with restaurants with the help of technology. Will be responsible for New Product Audit, New Product roll out. Responsible for SOP reinforcement. Will be responsible for MIT Training and developing internal pipe line of resources.
