The cook will have to prepare only 4-5 items:
Veg Fried Rice
Veg Hakka Noodles
Schezwan Rice
Shezwan Noodles
Veg Manchurian (Dry/Gravy)
Daily Work:
Sabzi cutting & basic prep
Maintaining cooking timing
Maintain the taste (consistent daily)
Maintaining stall cleanliness and hygiene
Customer rush time me fast service dena
Proper use of gas, oil and raw materials (no wastage)
Experience Required
Minimum 0-1 saal Chinese cooking experience
Basic 4-5 Chinese items should be included
Clean & disciplined hona zaroori
Be comfortable working in Ahmedabad
