Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chinese Cook located in Dhanbad. The Chinese Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking Chinese dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, ensuring food quality, and adhering to health and safety standards. The role involves collaborating with the kitchen staff, managing inventory and kitchen supplies, and staying updated with the latest cooking techniques and recipes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and cooking a variety of Chinese dishes
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff
• Experience in managing inventory and kitchen supplies
• Knowledge of the latest cooking techniques and recipes – a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience as a cook or in a related culinary role – preferred
• Formal culinary training – beneficial but not required
