Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes (fried rice, noodles, soups, sauces, etc.) according to recipes and taste standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations for Chinese cuisine section efficiently.
  • Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and well-prepared.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the cooking area.
  • Assist in planning and developing Chinese menu items.
  • Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and service team for timely food delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chinese Cook or Chef (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Knowledge of traditional and modern Chinese cooking techniques.
  • Familiarity with wok cooking and various Chinese sauces.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
