Job Description

A Chinese Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic Chinese cuisine. Duties include:

  • Designing and executing traditional and modern Chinese dishes.
  • Managing kitchen operations, food preparation, and portion control.
  • Ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality.
  • Training and supervising kitchen staff.
  • Monitoring inventory and ordering ingredients, especially specialty Chinese items.
  • Adapting menus to customer preferences and seasonal availability.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques (stir-fry, steaming, roasting, braising, etc.).
  • Expertise in regional cuisines (e.g., Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan).
  • Creativity in menu development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
